The study in the optimization of transport scheduling has got a great progress, each algorithm has been tested, but since the transportation scheduling program is too abstract and sometimes difficult to have an intuitive understanding, now people usually use simple statistics analysis to evaluate the scheduling program, it is very difficult to consider all the factors, the conclusions are inevitably not Comprehensive. Simulation has its unique strengths to solve these problems. Using simulation to evaluate the transportation scheduling program is undoubtedly a good way to improve the current study.The issue implements a comprehensive assessment of the transport scheduling program by simulating the transport scheduling program. The given evaluation information is the vehicle mileage, empty vehicle scheduling mileage, vehicle using efficiency, including percentage of the time used in The time occupied of each vehicle, percentage of carrying cargo mileage in the total mileage of each vehicle. Through these evaluation information we can compare the pros and cons of different scheduling options, select the optimal scheduling scheme for transport scheduling. Based on these evaluation information we can also improve the transport scheduling scheme design, optimal the scheduling program.In this paper we simulated a scheduling scheme between some tobacco factory and distribution center in an area. We give the improved adjustment of the scheduling program through observation and analysis of the comprehensive evaluation information and the completed scheduling program with empty vehicle scheduling. Then we bring the total mileage of vehicles decreased 8.4 percent by this adjustment, and got a corresponding reduction in the time using of the vehicles. We removed the empty back run of three vehicles, reduced the mileage of the empty vehicle, and improved the vehicle using efficiency. We also removed one of the vehicles used, reduced the number of the vehicles use. Ultimately we simplified and optimized the scheduling scheme and reduced the cost of transportation. The simulation system developed in the study have the task status of the scheduling and the simulation time to output and display in the interface; on the process of simulation, we take part of the vehicles real-time status output into the database for testing to determine whether it is running smoothly, and correct the hidden error; the simulation system automatically detect if the newly generated empty vehicle scheduling have time conflicts with the old ones. In order to distinguish no-load vehicles and goods vehicles we draw different images for them in the simulation graphical interface. Through the adjustment and optimization of the scheduling program in the issue, we can see that the number of no-load vehicles is significantly reduced while the simulation system is running.The subject gives a detailed study of the transportation scheduling simulation system construction, design, development, the data processing and output, and the evaluation results, then explores the using of simulation results to adjust and optimize the scheduling program.As the simulation requires much extensive technical knowledge, the subject simply get a preliminary exploration of simulation in the field, the actual effect is limited. This article analyzes the practical significance and limitations of the issue study, investigate further research of the topic. Hoping the study of this issue is beneficial for transport scheduling optimization and the study of system simulation in the field of transportation scheduling, and promotes the further development of Chinese logistics industry.
