In recent years, the rapid development of our country commercial bank credit card business. In the face of the credit card industry competition in the homogeneity, Banks need to change the credit card in every link of the value chain operation mode, including customer acquisition, customer value, customer retention, and account management, to improve the ability of effective management of accounts, and to provide differentiated products and services based on business analysis, pricing, promotion ways and channels, improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, improve the level of risk management, and establish a long-term stable relationship between Banks and customers. This paper studies decision-making management system based on credit card customers account.This system in view of the existing customers to carry out the services, in the life cycle of credit card:expand customer period, development period and manage customers, each stage has its corresponding decision-making management. This paper discusses the main credit card account management decisions, including line adjustment, card upgrade, the retention pin, bad debts collection and corresponding auxiliary decision-making, etc.The system will set up account decision management platform, the platform has a complete, runs through the whole process of strategic management, systematic process, and to be able to make decisions, business people, technical personnel clear and easy to complete customer management strategy of operation; Implementation strategy management systematization of the following requirements:account management strategy design function, effect of simulation function, the enforcement and function, effect of measuring and reporting functions, these functions should be through a decision areas.Decisions based on the above basis functions, account management system application in the field of quota management and marketing, meet the requirements of application can expand sex at the same time, expand to other areas in the future, such as trading authorization, pricing strategy, etc.) to prepare.
