Design And Implementation Of Office Management Information System For Environmental Protection Bureau In Anshan City

With the rapid development of network technology and computer technology, the communication ways of human and the methods of the social management have changed. Furthermore, it also has a profound influence on social life and government operation. Because the government’s important role in the process of constructing national information and the dependence on information, government information has always put in the corn position.Government information has two aspects, in which Office Automation is in the basal place. Office Automation has become an important approach of management modernization in modern governments and enterprises. It can greatly improve the working efficiency. Through investigating, this paper presents an office automation system based on the office system of Environmental Protection Bureau in AnShan City. In this paper, the designing idea of construction, the business analyzing process, the database designing, and the programming implementation in the end are introduced in detail. The proposed system consists of seven subsystems:personal office management, public affair management, files management, personnel management, duty management, process examination management and system management. The designed office automation system is implemented based on B/S architecture. In the development platform of Eclipse, J2EE Framework has been used. In addition, MySQL is used for background database, while Java and HTML languages are used to design program and interface.In this paper, the analysis and design of system follow the principles of software engineering. First of all, J2EE-based office automation system is demonstrated for the feasibility. Furthermore, the requirements of users are analyzed in detail. Subsequently, the overall development planning of the system is established and the technical issues based on the J2EE platform are solved. At last, according to the overall design, detailed design and the order of system testing, the system model is established step by step and the system is implemented.Through the office automation system to handle a large number of complex information, the progress of the government is accelerated. Through testing, the system is safe and reliable. This system has a positive influence on the government management.
