From the trend s een in2015the domestic total issuing financial IC card of the target is expected early reali zation.This paper describes using offline and online, batch and management platform transact ion pre and fund clearing of five major functional modules to achieve the financial IC car d application system of city bus. The system realizes the bank financial IC card offline car d offline consumption, card management, key management, bank transaction pre and recon ciliation clearing and other functions, is a good solution to the bus company and bank, ace ess to existing systems, business and integration, as the bank card from the magnetic stripe card to support financial IC card gold guarantee provided, at the same time as the bank fin ancial IC card industry based on multi application to provide a solid foundation for develo pment.This article from two aspects of theory and practice, in-depth study on the constructio n of public transportation application system of bank financial IC card of the city, the pape r expounds the background and significance of research, the research contents, from the te chnical feasibility and benefit ofthe feasibility of system feasibility analysis. Through the o verall logic structuresystem, using SSH framework technology, ExtJS page, the OSGI plug-i n development, bank encryption machine, Oracle database, build an efficient,safe practica1bank financial IC card application in city bus system AIX server,this paper expounds th e concrete design and realization process of each function module, and in the end gives a complete system of testing, it shows that the system runs in good condition.
