Electronic commerce becomes the rising management modle step by step, while the Internet spread widely and rapidly. It is the important factors how to ensure the secure data transferring and to maintain the fairness, which determines the electronic commerce gets popularity weather or not. It is significant to design a secure and efficient electronic payment system. Electronic cash is a rising electronic payment means, which is the simulation of real coins, and ensure user's anonymity and untraceability, i.e. ensure no interference between customers and vendors. The development history and the research's present situation of electronic cash system are summarized firstly, and the relevant knowledge about cryptology in the multi-bank electronic cash is discussed. By cryptology theory and elementary tools, two multi-bank electronic cash scheme are based on existed electronic cash mode.First, as a part of thesis research, using elliptic curves cryptology which owns short key and high security, and Schnorr blind signature based on elliptic curves discrete logarithm, and Brands e-cash model, a new electronic cash system named multi-bank electronic cash payment scheme which is fit for multi-bank issuing coins.Second, Combining anonymity-revoking and divisibility of ideal e-cash, and using an efficient group blind signature, we construct an applied fair divisible multi-bank electronic cash scheme, FDME for short, which is key part of the thesis. Fairness and divisibility is combined based on multi-bank e-cash . So it solved precise payment and security, and be able to prevent fraud and illegal action making use of electronic cash. Finally, FDME scheme is simulated by programming tool VC++6.0. From operating efficiency, the scheme we proposed mitigates the complexity of key management for bank. The result shows that the scheme is feasible and applied.
