Design And Implementation Of The Shanghai City Cash Logistics Tracking Management System

The security management of circulation cash is the basic job to stabilize Shanghai financial market. Although the e-payment and bill payment have been the primary method of currency payment in the market, we can hardly be without cash payment method. With the increasing of economic aggregate of Shanghai, the demand of cash in Shanghai is growing consequently. Cash circulation management way of the Headquarter of The People's Bank in Shanghai already hasn't meet the needs of market development, we have to develop a new system for cash circulation tracing, in order to improve the efficiency of circulation, minimize the security risks. Furthermore, it'll be an effective measure to improve cash delivery and cash withdrawn of commercial bank agents. This thesis expounds the design and implementation of shanghai city cash logistics tracking management system.The system is using the RFID Technology and JAVA software as the development program.The design of shanghai cash circulation tracing management system, divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements design. Functional requirements are the cash circulation tracing management system which connects 13 agents' servers in Shanghai and People's bank of China Shanghai Branch servers (data processing center) and exchanges data via City Financial Network. Non-functional requirements are designed for data acquisition, transmission, comparison and storage based on sealing and seal read-write equipment of RFID Technology. The above two parts make up shanghai cash circulation trace management system.The system is divided into 8 modules, which are system management, basic information management; allocate in-out storage management, zero solution management, delivery and collecting management, cash processing center, vertical storehouse transfer to flat storehouse and inventory management. This system has realized all tracking and managing of cash circulation between issue treasury of the People's Bank of China and agent library of commercial bank, the agent library and agent library, the issue treasury of the People's Bank and Cash Processing Center.At Present, the system is running in the Headquarters of People's Bank of China in Shanghai and 13 agent libraries of commercial Banks in Shanghai.
