This paper thoroughly discusses software development of GreatWall future transaction management information system. The software structures can be divided to four layers, which are transaction terminal layer, data communication layer, applied server layer and data management layer. The purpose is to realize a flexible and reliable future transaction management application.According to software engineering mainstream, this paper discusses the system’s function analysis, design and implementation. First, it summarizes the related application foundation and main technologies of information management, and gives a brief introduction of the whole article. On this basis, it discusses the system’s demand analysis, detailed analyzes the system’s whole function structure, opening account and contract management function, client information management function,future trade processing function and some other related functions. According to demand analysis, it then discusses the system’s software design, including design scenario, software structure, internal design of opening account and contract management module, internal processing flow of trace processing module, client information management module’s internal data pattern, and the system’s database design scenario. Based on design scenario, it finally discusses the system’s programming implementation, programming module, coding structure, main code explanation and testing report.The system uses.NET technology frame and DB2database programming. It has multiple structures, runs stable now, and reaches the acceptance check requirement for test running.
