Design And Implementation Of Integrated Business Processing System In Telecom

Under the full-service background, IBP system is necessary to build for meeting Shanghai Telecom daily need.After in-depth study of worldwild samples, the paper rise an IBP model with the workflow, data flow and view technique . IBP system is designed for 3 departs as P6, SOP and PAL.P6 control the whole life cycle of opening orders.In this part,we made detail design and programing on it. SOP and PAL are the interface to those arround system. In this part,we made detail design and programing on them.The significance of this research, the service opening the system in full operation in Shanghai Telecom will significantly shorten the open time and enhance user perceptions, increasing instances of telecommunications competition. However, as business needs change, integrated open system stability has yet to be tested. Resource management systems, construction management and control systems need to be further research and development.
