With the business increasing and enlarging, Hengtai Futures Co.Ltd.’s existed management cannot catch up with new market situations and needs significant improvement by information techniques. Based on the real requirement of Hengtai Futures Co.Ltd.’s business management system design and implementation, this article fully discusses the system’s demand analysis, system design and software implementation.The thesis mainly discusses the system’s market quotation general management function, futures business information analysis function, futures transaction management function and advanced programmable futures transactional management function. This article systematically discusses the system’s outlined design and detailed design, includes database design and main unit objects and internal transaction management flow design, and also discusses main function modules’ programming and testing. Hengtai Futures business management system is an on-line transaction processing system, and also has features of distributed information system. For the clients’ convenient use and real-time data identity management, this system centralizes its main functions at the server end, and uses web structure for the whole system. It uses IIS server as web server, uses.NET/C#to develop applied server, uses Oracle10as its database server, and uses PL/SQL programming to realize data management and transactional processing. Oracle database server has not only strong relational data modules management ability, but also strong on-line transaction processing and data analysis capability and is perfect to manage large-scale dynamic data.This system already passed testing and is currently on test run. The general evaluation is good and reaches its developing targets.
