As a kind of wireless communication technology, RFID technology has spread widely to all aspects of life. Along with the development of Mobile-Internet and the application of intelligent terminals, RFID technology is also transformed to another gesture in front of people. RFID, which is combined with the Mobile-Internet technology, will inevitably become the trend of the development of "the Internet of Things" in the future.This article researches the RFID technology and the Mobile-Internet, combined RFID’s characteristics of short recognition time, strong anti-interference ability, high confidentiality with Mobile-Internet’s characteristics of portability, intelligent positioning, capacity of big data, and applies them to the management of type-test samples for special equipment which adopts JSP technology to develop the system based on B/S structure.This article focuses on the actual working condition of the four-kind samples in Shanghai Institute of special equipment inspection and technical research and the relationship between information, analyzes software and hardware requirements of the system, designs the structure of system which is able to interact with the mobile terminal. In the background, tomcat server is set up, using SQL Server to storage data and establish the relationship between test data, sample information and personnel information. At the front end, we design it by function modules, which can show the complex information through simple interactive interface, realizing real-time, transparent tracking of samples.The system combines mobile Internet technology, the use of RFID handheld reader terminal to interact with background data. According to its Android operating system, designed and developed a client application, complete its functions in handheld terminal, fully embodying the advantages of mobile Internet, and making the system more convenient and efficient.Difficulty of this paper is the information aggregation and processing intelligence of numerous samples and complex data types, and solution of efficiency and security issues during data transmission. Therefore, based on the realization of system functions, further study of system performance optimization method is more needed. For this reason, this paper presents some methods to improve the transmission rate, some suggestions to solve the system security risks and improve the information security.
