Printing and packaging equipment runs through each link of printing and packaging process, These devices more or less realize the automation. However, because of lacking unified plan and implementation, the control system in the development process will directly affect the final performance of equipment. Therefore this paper conduct printing and packaging equipment investigation in view of a certain city industry equipment enterprise alliance, and extract these equipment common functions, such as reeling control, unreeling control, tension control, temperature control, communications, etc. Finally, the printing and packaging equipment PLC control common modular software is developed, and the purpose is to make it possible that the control system of high performance and high stability and high portability can be fast and efficiently developed. The main research contents include:First, according to the research of the current equipment automatic control technology, the overall scheme of the printing and packaging equipment control common modular software is designed. Siemens S7-200PLC is selected for software and hardware platform, and Installshield6.0is selected to realize seamless embed between Windows system and the original programming software.Second, the common technology of printing and packaging equipment control is researched to extract the equipment common function. The key technology and the extraction of the function modules is researched, for temperature control and four shaft synchronization control, and so on, including common module separation and embed.Third, the key function modules is carefully designed, including the input and output variables, the algorithm design, program realization, etc. This paper put forward the smallest communication time algorithm in master-slave polling scheme of temperature control system, and new cross-coupling algorithm in synchronous state ideas of four axis of synchronization systems.Four, based on the design, the common function module library is developed in the programming software Step7-Micro/WinV4.0for the second time. The experiments in the laboratory such as temperature control module and so on, are conducted with test platform, so as to verify the function module effective; The effectiveness of algorithms are verified through using Simulink for four shaft synchronous module and tension control module; the monitoring function of Micro/Step7-WinV4.0programming software is used to test the feasibility of Electronic CAM module program.Five, the allocation of resources in PLC system, such as memory variables, timer, high-speed counter, are researched; the secondary development method of the programming software is researched in view of the establishment of user libraries. Packing repositories on Windows system is researched; Seamless embed between Windows system and the programming software are realized, and the documentation related with software is completed.
