With the continuous development of computer technology,the technology of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)springs up gradually.The CFD Technology is increasingly applied to engineering practice to replace engineering test analysis completely or partially because of its advantages such as low cost and high efficiency.Because the utilization of CFD Technology needs strong subject background,and enterprises have huge requirement of professionals,but the training time and economic cost are high,the demand of enterprises and the cost of professional training become the main contradiction in the promotion of CFD Technology.To solve this problem,this paper develops an automatic CFD simulation and analysis software platform based on CFD simulation of special mixing equipments.The software platform is simple and easy to understand.Engineering designers can easily realize the CFD simulation of the special mixing equipment through the software platform,obtain the analysis results,guide the engineering practice,and improve the research and development efficiency.The software platform is developed with C++ high-level programming language.Aiming at CFD simulation modeling,meshing,solving and results derived,the platform achieved the secondary development of UG,Workbench and Microsoft Office software to realized the function of automatic CFD simulation;Aiming at the single factor comparative analysis and orthogonal experimental analysis of mixing engineering,the analysis scheme was generated.Combined with the automatic CFD simulation,the automatic CFD simulation function was realized in batches.In secondary development of technology,the software platform used UG parametric modeling and UG/Open API interface to realize the automatic model,used the Workbench console window to read the script file to realize the automatic meshing,solving and results derived,and used Microsoft Office COM control technology to realize the automatic export of the simulation and analysis.The software platform encapsulates the repeated and difficult settings in the CFD analysis,which makes it easier to use,and realizes the highly automated CFD simulation.The study in this paper lowers the threshold of CFD software,which enables engineers to liberate from complicated modeling and solution settings,makes them focus on project design and result analysis,thus improving the design efficiency.The development method of the software platform can also provide the development ideas for the development of other related industry products.
