Research Of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport’s Information Management Level Evaluation

Airport give support to both airlines and customers, it’s the main point and link part of the whole aircraft transportation system. Airport can support area economics greatly since it’s one of the most important public transportation facilities.The quality of service makes great influence in the competing of airport industry. Many airports have such kind of problems like low satisfaction level, poor profit gain ability and weak social economic creativity. However, information management technique is a certain way of improve service quality, such as self check in system produce more convenient process, highly integrated direct system ensure more safety travel, cargo identify system avoid things lost.Shenyang Taoxian Airport is an airline hub of Northeast region of China, its passage and cargo capacity grows at the period of10percent every year, but it also have to take methods to solve all kinds of problems.Considering both airport’s actual work and improve airport’s service quality to meet customers’demand, we use Analytic Hierarchy Process theory to build the evaluation system of airport information management level with the method of consulting and inspecting. After analyzing the problems of Taoxian Airport’s information management, we bring up suggestions of making improvement.
