The Research And Implementation Of Intelligent Warehouse Management System Based On Web Service Technology

With the development of market economy, the competition between the enterprises becomes more and more intense. As a core link in enterprise management, Warehouse Management has become the key element of the whole enterprise supply chain. However, without introducing informatization, automation and intelligent, some Warehouse Management still use the traditional way to record the inventory information, which result in the low efficiency of management. As the development of Information Industry, computers have been applied in many aspects of the life, using the computer to manage the enterprise warehouse will bring more benefits.This thesis firstly studies the characteristics and application of existing Warehouse Management System, and uses Wal-Mart Warehouse Management System as the research object, finds out the drawbacks existing in the system; then combining with SOA architecture, puts forward a intelligent Warehouse Management method which based on Web Service technology, then design and implement the intelligent Warehouse Management System. The main functions of the system are:Storage Management, Out the Warehouse Management, Inventory management, Orders Management, and System Management. The design features of the system are as follows:analyze the system by using UML modeling language, research the data structure and basic operation process of the system, and using the Web Service technology to make the business modules as different components that can be reused for different platforms calls and can be better to integrate with other platforms. Using the intelligent Warehouse Management System can be more efficiently manage the inventory of enterprises, reasonably use the enterprise resources, and lay a solid foundation for the business development of the enterprise.
