The paper is based on the key project of Science and Technology Support Plan Projects ofJiangsu Province which named “The Development of Remote Real-time Monitoring System ofSudden Infectious Disease On Patients Physiological Parameters”. In this paper, the main work is tocarry out medical real-time remote monitoring system of communication methods, which holdsgreat theoretical significance and important value of engineering application. This system designs the part of data transmission through the analysis of the applicationrequirements of medical real-time remote monitoring system, including three aspects: the networkarchitecture of the information transmission system, switching network freely and acquisition andtransmission of location information. Firstly, when patient in the hospital, the portable sensor nodecan directly search the wifi network signal, connect to this the physiological and transfer parametersto the server; Patients leave the hospital, sensor nodes make a connection to PDA and firstlyphysiological transfer parameters to the phone, then connect GPRS and transmit data to the hospitalserver. Secondly, Patients in the dynamic process of leaving or entering the hospital, sensor nodesneed to be completed to switch the wireless router to intelligent module to transmit data. Finally,Through the development of multi-functional intelligent module, multi-functional intelligentmodule is designed and implemented to collect location information and sent it to the hospital tosave the critically patients. In this system, the remote medical information transmission system is stable and reliable onworking performance.meanwhile,it requires the expected design of system.
