With the continuous development of modern city scale,the urban population is growing day by day,the land use space is shrinking,and the construction of high-rise buildings(the expansion of urban space to three-dimensional space)has become an important means to solve the shortage of modern urban land area.The elevator is used as a vertical vehicle in the vast majority of highways.Therefore,the safe operation of the elevator has become an important issue in modern society.This topic is put forward in such a social context.The current management of the elevator is by Party A(elevator use company)and elevator maintenance company,through the elevator maintenance company to carry out routine maintenance,troubleshooting,emergency rescue and so on.This model there are many shortcomings,such as elevator maintenance company's quality of service varies greatly,the elevator running status can not be real-time monitoring,duty officers need 24 hours duty on standby,the elevator can not be sent to the scene after the first time to reach the scene to rescue Wait.These shortcomings seriously affect the safety of the use of elevators,so the need for a remote monitoring system to solve these problems.The elevator remote monitoring system consists of three parts: elevator operation information acquisition module,GPRS DTU network communication module and server data management display module.The function of the elevator operation information acquisition module is to collect the elevator running status information.The information mainly includes the elevator location,the floor of the car,the electrical status of each safety contact,the locking state of each layer door,the speed limiter-the safety gear working condition Etc.,but also in the elevator failure based on these state information to analyze the cause of the failure.GPRS DTU network communication module function is through the elevator running information acquisition module one to one connection to form a topology of the network,the corresponding elevator running status information wirelessly transmitted to the terminal server.The function of the server data management display module is to collect,manage,analyze,display and feedback the elevatorrunning state information.These three parts work together to achieve a wireless connection from the site to the terminal.Elevator remote monitoring system can grasp the operation of the elevator in real time,to the scattered elevator duty room together to save labor costs.At the same time in the event of failure,rescue workers can quickly rushed to the scene through electronic maps to provide relief.In addition,the elevator company can also use the monitoring system for remote monitoring of its existing elevator products,through the collection and analysis of these data,the elevator company can fully and objectively grasp the operation of these elevator products and performance,so as to improve the elevator product quality,R & D performance more excellent elevator products.
