A Research On The Method Of Join Between Present Situation Results Of Mineral Utilization Resources And Reserves Database In Sichuan Province

Mineral resources are one of the important means of production for humansurvival and development, and it is also an important material guarantee fornational security and economic stability. The accuracy of the reserved data of mineralresources, the authenticity of the information, scientific management, are directlyconcerned with the effective utilization of mineral resources,the comprehensivetreatment of the mine environment and the macro decision of economic development.In order to alleviate the resource bottleneck constraints of China’s current economicand social development from the source，to achieve fundamental improvement of theorder of mining industry，find out the property of mineral resources in China at thepresent stage，The Ministry of land and resources,in2007,organized and started asurvey on the investigation of the utilization of mineral resources reserves. Thedatabase of mineral reserves is forming gradually with the process of theadministrative management. The various requirement of mineral resourcesadministration in different periods of time，results in that the reserves data in thedatabase information reserves was redundancy. The investigation of present mineralresources is an important national survey at the present stage in our country in thefield of mineral resources，the results of the verification database has good timeliness，accuracy and practicability. So In order to make the scientific results of theinvestigation on the utilization of mineral resources and applied to the administrativemanagement，In2010，the Ministry of land and resources organized the link betweenthe Results of the current survey of mineral resources utilization and the reserved library of mineral resources in a national wide.（Referred to as the two libraryconnection)This paper mainly studies the detailed method to link the Present Results of thesurvey of mineral resources utilization and the reserved library of mineral resources inSichuan Province. Because of the different source, structure and the different purposein both of the Results of the current survey of mineral resources utilization and thereserved library of mineral resources，the work of two library connection must alsorely on the mining right database and the registration database in Sichuan Province.The four databases are managed by different administrative departments. Differentmanagement requirements，besides different degree and different types of errors resultin the chaotic association between databases which lead to the result that we cannotdirectly build the corresponding relationship by means of the software which isdeveloped by the Ministry of land and resources. Therefore the connection work inSichuan Province mainly take advantage of the artificial and related mineral resourcessoftware to link.The connection need to establish the correspondence between themining right database，registration database, check database as well as the reserveddatabase so as to update the results of the current survey to the reserved database，provide accurate and effective decision support for Management Department ofSichuan Province of mineral resources，provide an important basis for the economicconstruction of Sichuan Province and relieve the bottleneck constraints on the localresources in our province，improve the capacity of the resource supply and ensurethe sustained healthy development of economic and the society.The main research contents and results are as follows:（1）We need to eliminate the invalid，overdue and repetitive data to acquire theeffective mining right data in Sichuan Province from the15622data.Check theregistration data from2003to2012to get the effective registration mineral data.examine all of the data which is24minerals as follows936verification of checkedmining area. Summary all of data which contains the single checked mining area.Check the three year Reserved Database which are in2009，2010，2011.Rejected thereserved data which has been written off，and the merged data to obtain the effectivereserved database of mineral resources. Through the cleaning up of the four database，we can ensure the accuracy of the original connection database.（2）Through the extraction of spatial position of each database，we can find theproblem which is existing in each of the database layer,put forward the method ofcoordinate transformation between different times，different database，directly show the corresponding connection from the spatial position in every database,and provideintuitive reference for the connection of each database.（3）Effective corresponding relation are built respectively between everydatabase of mining area by （1）and （2）mentioned above，which provides a basisfor connection between the results of the current survey of mineral resourcesutilization and reserved database of mineral resources.（4）Calculate the different value between mine mining areas by checking thecorresponding relationship between database and reserves. Take advantage of thedifferent value to update the reserved data of mineral resources and find out thecurrent situation of mineral resources in our province so as to providing scientificbasis for the reasonable use of mineral resources.
