Relied to Real-design Electronics Group and South china household electric applicances research institute, the thesis presents the research on RFID and the internet of things applied to the home appliance controller according to the sample of induction cooker controller. It mainly solves present problems of chaotic management of home appliances, of many shoddy and counterfeit products and of difficult recovery.Based on the thorough investigation of the information management process of home appliances and RFID technique, the thesis constructs a feasible plan of monitoring and tracking the life cycle of home appliances based on RFID. It also aims at the present problems of home appliances management by means of embedding RFID chip in induction cooker controller and using RFID as its information vector. RFID records the entire related information on the production, distribution, promotion, usage, maintenance and recovery of induction cooker, collecting and handling the data and forming a professional product database, therefore it realizes the product traceability and the inquiry and trace of product quality by related organizations, designing and achieved with physical appliances networking real-time query system.The thesis studies at first the applying technique of RFID and the internet of things and analyses domestic chaotic management of home appliances, introducing the advan tage of RFID and internet technique applying to monitoring and tracking the life cycle of home appliances. It presents the real-time inquiring plan of home appliances based on RFID technique and analyses its requirement, providing each functional module of the system and designing the overall plan. The thesis also analyses the key technique of the system and realizes some of its main function through the construction of system network, the roadmap of technology, the technical process of appliance manufacturers, the system design of each functional module and the partial implementation. Meanwhile, we use things architecture for home appliances through the RFID reader RFID product identification information, and use the Internet to connect to the Object Name Service Subsystem to obtain the corresponding PML documents to HTML format and return the product life cycle, detailed results To achieve the full life cycle of household appliances information service management needs.Summary in view of possibility existence program,,and aim of User security and security application program, we put forward a mechanism base on Role-based access control.By embedding RFID labels in home appliances controller, it is good for the technical revolution of domestic electronic information industry followed closely with the resource conversation and environmental protection. It can not only promote the adjustment of industrial construction, generate the product, enhance the international competitiveness of electronic information industry, but also change the industry into the green one which is the most environment-friendly and resource-economically.
