How to do a good job in disaster recovery has attracted much attention. Disaster is unpredictable. Enterprises need a set of scientific methods to judge enterprises’ability of disaster recovery objectively. In this field, the current domestic research has just started, there is no systematic and mature evaluation methods of disaster recovery scheme.According to the problem above, this paper makes a deep research, the main research of this paper mainly include:1. This paper establishes the evaluation index for information system disaster recovery ability. According to national standard《Disaster recovery of information system specification》, this paper strictly grasps the important principles of designing evaluation index and has perfected the national standard. The job of disaster recovery corresponds to each index of evaluation index system.2; This paper designs the model of disaster recovery plan’s evaluation based on grey and fuzzy evaluation. The model can better deal sorting fuzziness in the process of evaluation and gray comprehensive analysis’properties of synthetic judgment of the human brain, provides a powerful way for the analytical and quantitative selection scheme.3. This paper designs the model of disaster recovery plan’s selection based on experts’weight and improved TOPSIS. The model implemented the function of merits-sorting of multiple disaster recovery plannings(DRP), and filled the gaps in comparison between different DRP. 4. This paper proposed the DRP evalation and selection framework basd on the time dimension, and designed the architecture of the DRP’evaluation and selection prototype system.
