With the Business Continuity attaining more and more attention, it is important to develop disaster recovery system for many industry, especially in the modern battlefield environment, it is urgent for military business systems to defend a number of additional and higher frequency threat of air strike or destruction. The multi-point disaster recovery system can meet the needs of requirements, but it faces many challenges that are how to express the disaster recovery resource, how to manage system, and how to organize the business disposition and so on.In response to these challenges, the major work of this paper is as follows: First, a new N+M architecture for business disposition of multi-point disaster recovery is established, with data and application separated, after analyzing the requirements of multi-point disaster recovery for the military business. Based on Common Information Model (CIM) for disaster recovery system, a new multi-tie disaster recovery system information model MTDRCIM is presented by expanding and cutting the CIM, which describes the hard and soft resource and the relationship between them in a unified platform and provided a scalable platform for resource management.Secondly, because it is difficult to manually construct a business disaster recovery disposition precept, a multi-attribute decision making mathematical model is proposed, and the disposition algorithm of this model is given. Then, a number of candidate precepts are received which support the structure of the N+M disaster recovery. Thirdly, in view of current disaster recovery capability can not be quantified, an entropy-weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is presented for optimization, and an example is given. Finally, a prototype is build to validate the feasibilities of disaster recovery system information model and methods of disposition and evaluation.
