We will conduct research and design the capability of visual voicemail platform based on the existing visual voicemail service, which aimed to upgrade the visual voicemail platform to support multiple client interaction, interactive cross-platform, multi-client voicemail integration Different clients can interact with the capability platform. The subject can provide reference recommendations for operators to develop better visual voicemail service, improving the user experience. The paper mainly studies two respects, how to integrate existing mobile clients with voicemail clients and how to integrate voicemail platform with missed calls function. There are some other derivative contents based on this, like derivative voicemail function selection, integrating third-party applications for client mechanisms selection and design, agreement design between the client and server, user authentication and authorization management functions, platform logic design integrating missed calls functions, call transfer settings and so on. The paper designed a visual voicemail upgrade platform and proposed a new set of user authentication data management mechanisms. Besides, it achieved the integration of voice mail and missed call operations and provided a new way to achieve voicemail service which giving the users more options.
