Letters and calls, random calls are important part of the daily work of the courts, through the masses to receive visitors, receiving letters from the masses, to extract the parties tried the case to access and effectively deal with various issues to maintain a stable rule of law. Letters and calls, Random calls System is to better serve at count’s Letters and calls, random calls work, and improve the efficiency of the relevant staff. The system uses information technology tools to service the registration the letters and visits, judges liberating records and related staff random visiting, for the people’s court to provide a full range of intelligent management of work-related issues.The system is using the MVC architectural pattern, using open source frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate technology for Java Web applications. The system has three main modules. The first part of the letters and calls module, the main functions include providing for the registration of mass letters and visits from the information function room staff for liberating judges receiving letters registration records liberating work function room registration staff and news letters between the judge reminded liberating and corresponding period of reminder. The second part is the random calls module, the main function of the relevant staff to monitor the department closed the case based on certain conditions in randomly selected cases were followed up for the party leadership to see the follow-up record, and related functions. The third part is the judge met with modules that provide functionality for registered parties met with the judge litigation guidance units, functions and appointment of judges recorded reminder of judges, in addition, you can also see the President met with business processing state judges.In this thesis, letters and calls, random calls work of the courts were research and analysis system functional requirements.
