With the rapid development of science and technology in our society, the status of the communication is also becoming increasingly important. Communication is also no doubt in our lives has brought great convenience, the new means of communication (optical fiber communication, wireless communication, etc.) is greatly improved the quality and rate of communication.Powerline carrier communication is actually not the latest model of communication, due to powerline networking have been laid, so When selecting a communication channel that people will first think of the power line channel. However, the characteristics of the power line channel is big resistance and strong interference. Effect of noise pulses generated when the access device of the communication quality is very large. Because of these problems so that the power line communication can not be universal.With the development of technology and the emergence of a new type of modulation and coding scheme,Coupled with the power line channel more in-depth study make broadband power line carrier successfully developed.Therefore, the use of high-speed power line communication can be achieved.This paper is divided into three parts:1. Power line carrier communication technology are introduced, Focuses on the power line noise channel and Power line communication modulation techniques.2. Developed a power line carrier communication physical layer diagnostic platform. First of all, the proposed system requirements and hardware options, the platform design and algorithm description of the physical layer. After that, in the proposed scheme be set up for the design of the hardware platform. Finally, I use matlab to develop software on the basis of the hardware platform.3. Power line carrier communication physical layer diagnostics platform to build has been completed. After we began testing the system. Depending on the content of the data and writing test scripts measurements were testing the system platform.This paper is one of the sub-project "Research and development of new power line carrier communication equipment," the main purpose of this system platforms:one to verify the physical layer power line carrier communication algorithm.Second, the new power line carrier communications equipment research and development is based on the framework of this platform.
