With the rapidly development of mobile Internet, Internet of Things and social network, a wide variety of data are produced everyday. The scale of data is overwhelming which means that the era of big data has come. By now, the concept of "big data" has quickly become the focal point of academic circles as well as the industrial circles. At the same time, Enterprises have been aware of the value contained in big data. How to utilize big data to efficiently improve the profit has become the important problem of every companies. In this paper, based on the summary and analysis of relevant emerging technologies and theories, we propose a basic point that the business model and innovation method of enterprises will be challenged by the popularity of big data.The research results of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance. First, the research of business model innovation based on big data adds important academic value for application of big data, business models innovation and other fields. Further, this paper provide new ideas and new tools for enterprises to create and acquire the value from big data through business model innovation, to help enterprises improve business model innovation level, and market opportunities in big data era.The method used in this paper is the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The author invited experts with researching big data in Suzhou Automobile Research Institute of Tsinghua University to score and prove that big data will have a great impact on business model. Then the author analyze the commercial value of big data to the enterprise. On this basis, the paper constructs business model innovation factor recognition model based on large data. The model contains a total of five elements of the business model, such as the value proposition, customer segments. Finally the paper qualitatively describes the specific contents of key element innovation of these business models in the era of big data.
