Probe Into The Archives Information Management Of Amateur Sports School Athletes

The archives management work of athletes has turned from traditional method to the trend of informationization and network intelligence along with the rapid development of computer technology and network technology. At the same time, the identification of base for outstanding sports reserve talent has brought opportunity for the establishment of archival information. Until now, the identification activity has been held twice, so how about the current situation in different places? This paper begins with questionnaires with above question to research on the current situation of archives information management of27amateur sports school’ athletes, and at the same time analyze the existing problems and causes to-put forward relevant suggestions:Strengthen infrastructure construction; Establish and improve archives management system; Strengthen the ability for talents finding and training; Enrich the contents of electronic records; Set up a information website. Finally, this paper also gives some opinions and advices for the shortages of ’Management Information System of Zhejiang Reserve Athlete Talent Base’.
