| Having been founded since1897, China’s modern commercial publishing presshas already passed by more than100years, exploring in continuous growth and alsomaking remarkable achievement. The first major science and technology press ofchina was born in1950s, after60years of development, it has become an importantpart of China’s publishing industry, having a role in the position of the publishingindustry. While the achievement also appeared a lot of problems, such as innovationability is insufficient, employing mechanism is not nimble, the internal governanceproblems are obvious, these problems in different extent hinder the furtherdevelopment of science and technology press. Therefore, based on science andtechnology press development research and exploration, we can provide reference forthe long-term development.This paper mainly uses the qualitative analysis, namely on the analysis oftechnology press foundation theory and the present situation of research on asguidance, and also based on the actual problems, we put forward the strategic that issuitable to China’s science and technology press development. Firstly, introduce thebackground and meaning of the choice; Secondly, the review of the related theory ofstrategic research; Again, build strategic analysis framework of science andtechnology press, emphatically discuss the present situation and the existing problemsunder the background of our country enterprise restructuring of the development ofscience and technology press.By using the SWOT analysis model, we can analyze thecore competitiveness of the overall development environment, industrial environmentand internal environment, science and technology press, the competitive advantage inthe publishing industry and the competitive disadvantage; Finally, I will put forwardthe corresponding proposal on the strategic choice on the background of therestructuring of our country’s science and technology press enterprises. |
