With the rapid development of information industry, every trade is speeding up its paceof information and digitization, and so does the auto industry, which is gradually growing tobecome one of the important pillar industry of national economy. The management of autoindustry in our country is gradually replacing its traditional human management modetowards a modern information management mode.QM ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system is suitable for the discretemanufacturing enterprises with proprietary intellectual property rights and has come up toadvanced level in domestic and foreign industry. This thesis based on the integration ofadvanced enterprise management thinking, management methods and informationtechnology of ERP software. QM ERP adopts3tier C/S structure to effectively decentralizethe calculating pressure and improve the execution efficiency of the system anduser-experience friendly degrees by taking J2EE as the supporting platform, it adopts Oraclerelational database system as the data supporting platform for data storage and management.Taking QM ERP system as an integral background, linking the theory with practice, thisthesis makes a detailed and in-depth research on purchasing module this system andelaborates the demand analysis, detailed design and encoding implementation. Firstly, thethesis discussed on the theory and method of ERP and meanwhile detailedly discussing onthe current development situation of ERP in China. Then linking the theory with practice, itmade a detailed design and demand analysis of purchasing module on the case of QM ERP,which containing of purchasing application management, inquiry offer management,purchase order management, invoice management, the framework agreement. Taking theprocurement module inquiry and quotation of the module as the example, it gave a detailedanalysis and design on this mode and finally giving the interface display of inquiry andquotation. On the period of demand analysis and detailed design, it broke down the problem,extracted the public part to form the common rules which in favor of expanded function andsystem maintenance for future. In the code design phase, it made the unified developmentand maintenance for the common rules, which making every mode in a accurately and fastway for business development. And it reduced the maintenance of the code and the code error rate after changing the common rules by the reason of business needs.This thesis not only provided abundant industry data template, but also provided to buildan operation platform of dynamic reconfiguration business process for user on the J2EEstandard and its whole frame. It provided a theoretical basis for Chinese auto manufacturingenterprise on taking ERP software to providing the platform ofmanagement information system for large enterprise groups of auto industry. This thesisbased on the advanced management ideas and technology of enterprise information systems’development and operation platform, which in order to helping enterprises to control themanagement and operation the and improving efficiency and profitability, and effectively toadapt to the development and changes of enterprise in future.
