The rapid development of mobile communication in our country has result in manydifferent kinds of business. Data type and data quantity are increased dramatically.Information construction has played important role. Operation management is facing theurgent need of standardization and simplification. For Unicom operation management, therequirements of the informatization construction are customizable, flexible and maintainable,scalable management system to improve resource utilization and service level. With the rapidprogress of information technology and computer network technology, a variety ofapplications within Unicom come into being, improve the management level and operationalefficiency. Each system has independent dababase and software, the data type and storagemode are all different. Though the distributed systems meet requrement of departments, thedistributed systems result in "information island" problem for leaders and cross-functionalapplications and can not meet the development requirements. Combined with their owninternal environment, comprehensive grading sharing, a flexible, integrated, open system ofshared data services for management and employees has been a popular topic.In this thesis, we analyze the background and status of infrastructure platform. Based onthe summary of research status, the function modules are designed, including systemoperation, system management and data management. A Struct2+Spring+Hibernatestructure of public infrastructure platform is proposed, which consists of informationexchange platform, data service platform, unified user management platform and operationand maintenance monitoring platform consisting of four parts. At last, with SSH2structureand ESB technology, we design the interface, applications and data layers, including usermanagement, role management, access control, single sign on, service management, metadatamanagement, data access service, operating monitoring, unified inferface integration, userregistration. The service bus is used to allow complete decoupling between the variousapplications. And single sign-on, unified authentication are achieved. The plat can offereffective data quickly for leaders and cross-functional applications, which will solveinformation island problem and lay the foundation of Unicom development.The platform has been tested, including unified certification test, role management test,access control test, service management test, metadata management, data access service testand operating monitoring test. The platform can meet the requirement in basic data requirements, not only to ensure the consistency of enterprise data, but also from anotherpoint of view to ensure the security of the dataļ¼Œand also make a good help in expansion forUnicom. Perfect information construction, which guarantees from development to productionand so on in information sharing and use, can effectively promote the smooth and healthydevelopment of Unicom.
