Beijing Sme Information Public Service Platform Construction And Realization

SME informationization is the basis of informationization of our national economy. The construction of SME information public service platform by government, intermediary service organizations and IT vendors has play an important role in improving the environment for SME and achieving "shared resources, collaborative services". This paper conclude that the platform should target on the service of infrastructure, fund circulation, management, projects, and human resources. The platform adopts advanced J2EE structure, utilizing SSH (Spring+Struts+Hibernate) frame, and Ajax as well as WebService technology under Web 2.0 model. The layout brings about systematic supporting platform with login by single click and CMS. This paper does some advanced studying and layout in Right Management, Charging Management, Advertisement Management, and constructs a public service platform for small business based on J2EE frame.On the basis of keen demand study and analysis, I have completed the designe of Informationization Services model for Beijing Small-medium-sized enterprise, including the system construction, technical construction and the functional module design, in which the core function, IT Tong, Management Tong and Fund Tong, have beed detailed analysised. The key technique on single-point sign-on and content management of the system also has been considered in this paper.
