The special equipment is related to people’s life and property security, with a certainrisk and more specialfacilities and equipment, which mainly comprises a boiler, pressurevessel, pressure pipes, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger ropeway, large recreation fac-ilities, field (factory) for motor vehicles. With the enhancement of China’s total economicoutput, the number of special equipment is also in constant increase, the device is capableof normal operation related to people’s life safety,its running state will directly affect thequality of the use ofunits of production and operation conditions of life. Therefore saidthe special equipment inspectionmanagement is an important basic work for the people’slivelihood.Design of special equipment inspection management system in the past mostly uses theC/S pattern design, along with the rapid development of computer network system, inorder to meet the demands of office network,the system adopts.NET platform ASP.NETtechnology combined with SQL Server2005database based on thedesign and implement-ation, the system design adopts the popular in B/S mode, the system adopts CSS and DIVpage layout to design of the front page, in the overall project implementation is developedusing hierarchical3+N mode, so that the coupling between the systemmodule in the designof minimal.System in thepersistence using this piece of Nhibernate frameworkmore matureto complete this work, reduce the complexity of system development.In this paper, through the detailed description of the various special equipment insp-ection management information system main components, combined with the HengnanCounty Bureau of quality and technical supervision special inspection of the grass-rootswork unit actual abstracts the system related to the demand on information managementsystem for the inspection of special equipment in Hengnan County, it mainly includesthe laboratory information management, staff information management, role management thefour part, information management, and briefly introduces the system safety requirementsand the development environment of the system demand. In the system requirements of special equipment inspection management informationsystem based on the analysis results, further defined the system design target,and on thebasis of Hengnan special equipment inspection management system logic structure diagram,from concept design, logic design, organizational structure design phase completed thedata base design.The key technologies used in the above special equipment inspection management systm,database design, system demand analysis,this paper will testmanagement system of Heng-nan County special equipment is divided into4functional modules:testinformation module,staff information module, role permissions module, information module. And the systemfunction modules of the detailed design.System after detailed design,only through the realization of the system and strict tes-ting is the only reliable system.Through the implementation of the inspection informationmodule, staff information module, role permissionsmodule, information module and usermanagement system for the inspection of special equipment in Hengnan County, login,permission assignment, news program functions were tested, fully meet the requirementsof the functional requirements and performance.Hengnan special equipment inspection management system designed in this paper canbe of special equipment inspection and online implementation entity using special equip-ment declaration, resource information sharing, staff online task allocation and qualitypersonneltask check, the relevant departments in the work. Sincethe system running effectis good, stable, elegant interface, simple and convenient operation, basically reached theexpected goal.
