With the rapid development of the national economy,special equipment presents a fast,large-scale,high-speed,complex and high-risk development trend.The safety of special equipment is directly related to the safety of people's lives and property.Establishing a special equipment inspection business management system is not only the need of supervision and inspection business and work,but also the need of the state and society to improve the overall safety capacity.Because of the difference of time,technology and development platform of information management system in special equipment industry,the phenomenon of "information isolated island" has come into being.In order to realize the sharing and exchange of information between heterogeneous systems and between new and old systems,and eliminate "information isolated island",it is necessary to establish an office across all departments.The platform can realize resource sharing and information interconnection across platforms,systems,applications and regions.In order to improve the management level of inspection department,save manpower and material resources,make full use of computer technology and network technology,it has become a top priority to establish a special equipment inspection business management system.Referring to the construction scheme and development technology of the current mainstream special equipment inspection management system,this paper expounds the design and implementation of the web-based special equipment inspection management system combined with the actual situation of our unit.Firstly,the paper analyses the development status of the special equipment inspection management system,analyses the realization goal,function,performance and operation environment of the system,and determines the design scheme of the special equipment inspection management system based on Web architecture.Secondly,the J2 EE technology and Oracle database are studied separately.The characteristics and application of J2 EE technology architecture and Oracle 9i database are studied emphatically.The J2 EE technology architecture is established,Eclipse is the development platform,Java is the programming language and Oracle is the database equipment inspection management system.Then,around the requirements of information exchange between the supervisory department and the inspection section,and for the purpose of large data sharing,and the needs of the unit's daily inspection business process,the analysis and summary are carried out,and then the demand analysis of the system is completed.Then,according to the demand analysis,the overall design of the system is carried out,and the system architecture is designed.The design idea of each functional module and the page function design of the system are introduced.The database design of the system is given,including the design of data table and stored procedure,and the way to realize database access.Finally,through detailed software testing and system trial operation,the special equipment testing management system designed in this paper can realize the integration and sharing of operation information of different business systems at two levels.Through the realization of inspection information module,staff information module,role permission module and information module,the function of special equipment inspection management system is tested.The test results show that the system has good operation effect,beautiful interface and simple operation.After detailed design,the system is reliable only through the implementation and strict testing of the system.Through the realization of inspection information module,staff information module,role permission module and information module,the functions of special equipment inspection management system are tested,which fully meets the functional requirements and performance requirements.The special equipment inspection management system designed in this paper can realize on-line declaration of special equipment inspection,resource information sharing,on-line assignment of staff,task checking of quality inspectors,and cooperation of personnel of relevant departments.Through the realization of inspection information module,employee information module,role permission module and information information module,the function of special equipment inspection management system is tested,which fully meets the functional requirements and performance requirements.It effectively realizes the function of system design,with the advantages of safety,omni-directional,advanced,stable,flexible,reliable,easy to operate,easy to expand,easy to maintain,easy to share,easy to exchange,etc.
