Design And Implementation Of Special Equipment Inspection Management Information System

The inspection information subsystem of special equipment management information system of shandong jinzhi can only issue the inspection certificate, and it can not mangage the inspection information of special equipment. This subsystem do not meet General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC's management requirements.In order to adapt the standard demands of Shandong Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, we develop the inspection information subsystem of special equipment management information system.In the design process, we adopted the system in line with J2EE-based platform for multi-frame structure-based strategy, extensive use of component technology to fully utilize component-oriented thinking, using B/S structure, using object-oriented technology, MVC pattern stratified. With the MVC (Model View Controller) design pattern forced to make an application page display, business logic processing and database processing separately. System also uses engine technology of Iinspur Co.Ltd for the operation of the actual business rules to achieve the business rules that can be customized. Because component-based technology used in the development process, the system's flexibility and scalability is improved to expand the system to maintain adequate flexibility. Finally, the system used Web Service technology and XML echnology to provide the service interface, because of that, the system became an open business operation platform.All these new technology utilized in the system, it has made the system vigorously and healthily, opening and extendable special equipment inspection management information system. The system has been running online successfully from December,2009. It completely supervise the inspection of special equipment, including Company management, Regular inspection tips, Acceptance inspection application, task allocation, Test case management, Audit inspection report, Statistical analysis, Emergency plan, System management and so on.
