Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of Special Equipment Inspection Report

With the development of the society and people’s growing material and cultural demands for the equipment of the special kind, it plays an increasingly important role; directly related to the safety of the lives,property of the masses of the people, and the sustained and healthy development of the national economy, the special equipment safety has become the concern of the whole society With the further evolution of computer technology and network technology, comprehensive management and inspection of special equipment through informationization means, has increasingly become the research subject of the City Special Equipment Inspection Institute. After combining the present situation of the Liao Cheng Special Equipment Inspection Institute, investigating the business carefully, combining the advanced electronic form and workflow engine, I have done enough researches on the subject. This research paper includes designing, realization of the system, which is created according to the practical function and present situation of the technology. This special equipment inspection report management system has been put into use successfully.The paper includes the following aspects:Investigation of Liao Cheng Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute of relevant departments; the collection of users’demand; a detailed needs analysis report; based on the results of the needs analysis, combined with Hibernate, Ajax technology, multi-layer technology, the overall system, the function design and database design have been formed. Based on the program, the results obtained by the research are as follows (1) Implementation of Special Equipment’s automatic Inspection, tasks’automatic assignment and recipients, inspection result’s automatic issue. The system allows special equipment inspection to be a part of information management.(2) Implementation of the data interaction among the system, OA system and test instrumentation systems.With the help of the methods and principles of software engineering, this research introduces the entire development process of the system in detail ranging from requirements analysis, system design, system implementation to system testing.Besides the introduction to the overall structure and function of the management system of Special Equipment Inspection, the report gives a detailed description of the user login rights acquirement and tasks’claim. Therefore two functional modules are generated about which the paper gives a practical example of the processing.At present, after a systematic functional testing and performance testing, the indicators of Special Equipment Inspection report management system turns out to meet the user requirements. In Liao Cheng Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute the system is successfully running on the line. The system not only has improved the work efficiency of the staff but also ensure the safety operation of all kinds of special equipment. Thus, the informationization level of Liao Cheng Special Equipment Inspection Institute has been largely improved.
