As an effective supplementary of roadoutside parking, roadsideparking can fill the shortage of exiting parking facilities and adjustthe lay out of city parking lot. Roadside parking lets the cityremaining road space play its role and is very important in city sparking activities. So strengthening the planning and management ofroadside parking not only is the important part of city s parkingmanagement, but also has great significance to the development ofcity s Intelligent Transportation System(ITS).Through the analysis of status quo of roadside parking managementat home and abroad, this paper proposes a set of building program forintelligent roadside parking and management based on Internet of Things.The program is mainly to study and implement the construction of theintelligent roadside parking and management from cost management andparking space management. It solves many problems in the process ofdomestic manual toll collection by free cash flow of charge andautomatic monitoring of parking space.This paper dose a deep and comprehensive analysis to design andimplementation of the program for intelligent roadside parking andmanagement. The paper focus on the analysis of the subsystems whichare parking fee collection subsystem and management subsystem. Thesystem ensures the safety and accuracy of data transmission by a customprotocol. The Design and implementation of middleware make the upperapplication communicate with lower device simply by use of the uniforminterface provided by the middleware while the upper application neednot concern the specific structure of lower device. The design andimplementation of management subsystem provides staff an informationand device management system with friendly interface and convenient operation which is convenient for stuff to control the equipment,inquiry parking information and do the other related work.Finally, based on the analysis of the test results, the paperverifies that the system meet the specific needs of each aspect andhas reached the expect.
