Realize the reality of business data in a workflow sub-module, Production of documents template extraction workflows, create workflow model, network handling and delivery process each step, that can be through the network to complete the launch of various documents, transfer, approval, filing, receipt, query and statistical work no matter when or where, This system helps improve quality and efficiency in office affair management. It makes the work of digitization, networking, standardization, mobile and more secure and stable.The thesis presents some valuable trials for improving the flexibil、 security and usability of the Office Automation Workflow System. These design methods are applied in the ZheJiang DONGFANG College OA system, and have achieved a good effect.
