In view of the current field of logistics large heterogeneous data, the different systems can not communicate, data independency, computer unable to identify and understand, the inefficiencies, we adopting a SOA framework and the Semantic Web related technology, design the logistics system's core business processes to solve the current heterogeneous data and data unrelated to the issue.Based on SOA framework, we analysis the existing problems in the field of logistics and design core business processes based on the 4PL(4th party logistics)system: orders submitting, processing and implementation, inquiries, private faith set. Using the standard logistics domain ontology defined categories of cargo, according to the classification attributes of cargo, dynamically generated orders submitting page layout. Orders processing filter through a map, then reasoning bulk cargo attributes with the rules established with ontology, clustering the results, fulfill the requirements integration. Orders implementation considering different 3PL(third party logisctics) companies entirely , and the resources available between heterogeneous resources of them. We design optimization algorithm to generate contracts, and entrust the logistics freight companies with transport task. 3PL companies receive orders, automatically after cargo distribute, vehicle scheduling and route optimization, implement the transport business. Inquiries on the cargo information for real-time tracking, using GIS and GPS technology, the web service will be published. Finally we give the concept private faith set of logistics domain, cite instances of the user types, user requirements for cargo services and special logistics companies core competitiveness in freight logistics field, use ontology reasoning, establishing rules automatically linked them together. To a large extent, enhance the speed and efficiency.In sum, we give the structure of the SOA-oriented 4PL system business process design, in practice, can help to guide the current logistics information system design process.
