With the rapid development of computer technology, the computer is widely usedin enterprises and institutions. Personnel management is gradually using computer informationtechnology in this trend. The traditional personnel management has manydisadvantages: such as much artificial operation, when the data size is too large, it is easyto cause the error. Personnel management just stays in the personnel filemanagement stage, which can not reflect the salary management, human performancemanagement, attendance management and other functions. These problems lead to thedevelopment of enterprises and institutions need to appear personnel work with theactual personnel management development uncoordinated situation. Based on this, thepaper designed a personnel management system based on.NET technology, aiming atrealizing each functions of the bank personnel management.The design of this system’s function is divided into employee file management, wagemanagement, attendance management, performance appraisal, reward and punishmentmanagement, system setting management and system user management. The system usesthe B/S structure as the main architecture, realizes the high efficiency, the work ofpersonnel management in real time. The system has rights management function, whichensures the security of the system by assigning roles and setting permissions for differentuser groups. The system also uses a database connection pool technology to effectivelysolve the system using problems in system using peak period.By testing the system, the system can meet the basic needs of personnelmanagement of my workplace bank, and it achieves the design goals.
