With the development of market economy, construction companies needadvanced business management methods and reasonably and effectively use ofenterprise resource to gain better economical benefit in highly competitiveenvironment. Construction cost management of engineering construction project is theimportant basic management of construction enterprise management, which is vital tothe costing and cost control of engineering project.At present, for construction enterprises, because of long-term cost budget methodlimitations and the impact of the extensive management, cost estimates in the costmanagement has been weakened and can not adapt to the development needs ofstrengthen internal management and optimization of the cost control process in thenew situation. The problem performances in cost management methods unscientific:the cost control of many construction enterprises has relied on a combination of thefinancial system and manual, which did not achieve good results, part of the businessprocess is too complicated, the chain is too long, the forms are too complicated andthe data can not sharing. By studying the architecture, work flow andtechnical implementation of construction project cost management system andimplementation method of key problems in the system, the specific design ideas andimplementation program of construction project cost management system areproposed, and then the enterprise cost management system which based on network has been established, realize the project cost management network and optimize thebusiness process. Constructing the cost management system and strengthening theconstruction of enterprise database to unitedly save and manage the internal data canenhance data communication and utilization efficiency. Using the informationizationnetwork platform, we can optimize cost management processes and build a simpleand efficient platform for the management of enterprise. Besides, design of the costdatabase, design of the system security, realization of the function module, algorithmsand key techniques of software development are studied deeper combining with thedemand of construction project. Experiments show that construction enterprise costmanagement system can provide efficient and stable management platform for theenterprise managers.
