The Design And Implementation Of The Cost Management System Of Highway Construction Enterprise

In this paper the present situation of the highway construction enterprise costmanagement, analyses and discusses the cost management of enterprise, and incombination with the practical situation of encounter in their work, to the highwayconstruction enterprise cost management function fully research and demand analysis,and according to the demand analysis design and implementation of the highwayconstruction enterprise cost management system.First, according to the characteristics of the highway construction enterprise, theenterprise cost management of the unique characteristics are analyzed, studied theoverall cost management requirements, functional requirements and non-functionalrequirements.Second, according to the result of requirement analysis to system design, first ofall on the system architecture design, this paper proposes a three-tier architecturebased on B/S mode, and on the basis of the design of each subsystem, the system ismainly composed of subsystems of engineering project management, materialmanagement, equipment management subsystem, cost control subsystem, etc. Andaccording to the actual needs of the system to choose the SQL Server2005as thedatabase of this system, according to the design principle of database on the databaseconcept design, logical structure and physical structure design.This cost management system is based on the analysis of the characteristics ofhighway construction enterprise cost management, on the basis of the data access andapplication of the separation of the three layer architecture framework, usingASP.NET technology, developed in Visual Studio2008platform combined with SQLServer2005database implementation. The enterprise cost management systemincluding subsystems of engineering project management, material management,equipment management subsystem, several functions such as cost control subsystem,system management subsystem sub-system. Through the collaboration between thesesubsystems work, can effectively change the current construction enterprises costmanagement situation. Can greatly reduce the workload of staff, and to the rapid,accurate, and other advantages replace manually operated, reduce costs, to achievehigher efficiency.
