Research On Information Resource Management Of Cost Consulting Enterprise Based On Data Mining

Thanks to the development of computers and the Internet, the third technical revolution has dramatically enhanced human being’s living standard and changed people’s thinking mode. Information resource has become a strategic resource for many corporations, especially for those cost consulting enterprise, which accumulated large number of engineering data and treasured these data with high value. Then how to take advantage of the so-called "Big Data" is becoming a pivotal element for the whole industry to survive and thrive. Unfortunately, currently the excavation of data mining is still superficial due to the reasons of poor management, information loss and etc. This essay focuses on the study of cost consulting enterprise about their information resource management model and, through statistic analysis, finds the intrinsic rule of engineering data. The gist of this study is to find a balanced involvement of informatization and industrialization in modern enterprise.To encourage industrial development with information support and to dig information value from industrial beneficial by-product, three steps should be followed.The first step is the comprehensive analyst of current cost consulting enterprise’s degree of usage of Big Data and informatization. Guiding these corporations to find necessity of information management and helping them to find intrinsic value of data mining are all included in this step.The second step should be the categorization of enterprise’s information. Under this step enterprise would be offered with advanced information management methods to enhance auditing, planning and to build informative platform. All these advise should cater for cost consulting enterprise’s need and customized according classification from informative platform.The final step is to build the management principle of cost consulting enterprise. This study uses decision-making tree as the model to find inter laws and applied to real enterprising environment. This step is to finalize the combination of informatization and industrialization.
