Design And Implementation Of Postal Enterprises Incorruption Risk Prevention And Control System Based On JBPM

With the rapid development in information construction of our country, it has been an urgent demand to build incorruption risk prevention and control system by fully utilizing modern information technology means. The problems of the postal enterprises incorruption risk prevention and control are discussed based on the analysis of the current business. The main problems are the opaque business process and the poor flow of information, Basically uses the manual management mode that relying only on simple document office software and supervisory inspection etc. Lack the efficient and workflow technology means support.According to the characteristics and actual needs of postal enterprises, This thesis designs and develops the incorruption risk prevention and control system in postal enterprises based on work flow technology of JBPM (Java Business Process Management).The following is a brief summary of the works conducted in this thesis:(1) According to the actual needs of postal enterprises in incorruption risk prevention and control, the work flow technology of JBPM is adopted, the system frame is designed, the functions of system are described and also the database design of the information system is presented. Especially, Combining the risk management method with JBPM workflow technology, design a risk prevention and control process which is sustainable development and improvement.(2) Application of JBPM workflow technology to improve the system of B/S three layers structure, the middle layer is subdivided into the process logical layer and the business logical layer, which effectively reduces the coupling degree of internal system and improves flexility of the application.(3) The JBPM workflow technology be integrated with Struts2, Spring and Hibemate framework effectively, detailed design of each function module of the system is realized, Enabled the system to have a good loose coupling,easy to maintain and extend the system in the future.(4) Improving and extension the part code of JBPM, increasing functions of countersign flow and free task allocation, make the system workflow transfer more flexible, to meet the actual needs of risk prevention and control work. The risk prevention and control system in postal enterprises based on JBPM workflow technology has been completed and has been officially put into use.Through the application of JBPM workflow technology, design and restructure the risk prevention and control workflow more reasonable,Not only strengthens the dynamic monitoring for risk points of the system,but also makes the whole network business process more transparent,thereby reducing the loopholes about corruption,greatly reduces the risk of occurrence of postal enterprises.With its application,the system was running stable and reliable,it shows that design objectives are achieved with reliable performances and satisfactory effects.
