At present, CCTV is facing the urgent need of the internal news program revision and has to get prepared for the impact of the external new media.However,CCTV not only wants to be the most influence television in China,but also wants to get their own voice in global space. In order to build as an international television,CCTV inevitably has to base on Chinese local culture and maximally learns the very advanced skills of communication from CNN and BBC.As the world’s first24-hour television news broadcast platform, the influence of CNN has gone way beyond national boundaries,it has already become a well-deserved international media. As for BBC, except its very long history of the field of radio and television news and powerful international influence,its value orientation of concept of publicity always purposes on the benefits of non-commercial but business or political interests,which we also can draw lessons from.In the study of this thesis, it targets on the comparative study on CNN、BBC and CCTV morning TV news programs,using the content analysis for their production process framework, content composition, form of expression, the host style, advertising and new media to compara among the three, aimed at the international field of vision to explore the general rule of this kind of program form in order to provide news reform theory view for revolution of Chiese news TV program.
