Consumer-oriented health information service platform can meet users' demand of healthcare, including offering the public a lot of health information, potentially improving consumers' self-healthcare skills through online healthcare advisory services, thereby resulting in more suitable medical decision making. However, researches showed that internet health information service platforms were not always accepted by consumers, which hampered the effective use of health information and services. This study was conducted to explore the factors that determine users' acceptance of internet health information service platforms. We introduced external variables related to internet health information services technology to Technology Acceptance Model(abbreviation as TAM)to establish internet health information service platforms acceptance model, and study the relationship between the external variables and the core variables in TAM by the empirical research.Sample data were collected through the experimental design and questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included two part: personal basic information and internet health information services acceptance. We conducted a descriptive statistics on personal basic information of sample data, and made reliability analysis, validity analysis and correlation analysis on internet health information acceptance questionnaire, then explored and examined the proposed relationship between the external variables specified to the context and the core variables in TAM by structural equation analysis. The results showed that the questionnaire of technology acceptance had high reliability and validity. Results from structural equation showed that the data fit well with our theoretical model, and the whole model could accounted for 55% variance of intension to use.The health information seeking preference,self-efficacy,perceived credibility, objective usability and subjective usability were important factors that affect users' acceptance of internet health information services, and they indirectly affect users' attitude and intension to use mediated by perceived usefulness or perceived ease of use.Among of them,self-efficacy had significantly positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness at a general level.Health information seeking preference had positive influence on perceived ease of use, while not on perceived usefulness.Perceived credibility had direct effect on perceived usefulness.Subjective usability had directly positive effect on perceived ease of use,and indirectly affected perceived usefulness mediated by self-efficacy and perceived credibility.Although objective usability did not directly affected perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, but it significantly affected subjective usability. The empirical results of this study contribute to the understanding of young users' acceptance behavior of internet health information services platform, providing guidance for the design of health information service system for the general public,so as to improve the quality of health information and acceptance by the public.
