With the rapid development of information technology, customer relationshipmanagement system consequent use of the system can be completed share and managecustomer information, while the analysis is complete customer history information, is animportant management tool for corporate clients and business decision analysis. Customerrelationship management systems help companies reduce customer management costs,improve customer management efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and ultimately canenhance corporate profitability. For medical equipment suppliers, which attaches greatimportance to product sales, while sales of the core group is the customer. No customers,there is no effective customer management can not achieve the intended goals of product sales,companies will not be able to survive. At present, China’s Medical equipment productionindustry overcapacity, fierce competition within the industry. Faced with such a harshbusiness environment, companies must make good use of existing client resources, retain oldcustomers and achieve customer satisfaction and enhance the old loyalty, and further developnew customers, namely to improve existing customer management, and raise customer value,so the customer management for medical equipment suppliers is very important. In the face ofhuge customer information using the original simple manual operation mode can not meetmanagement needs, information systems must be introduced to improve and enhancecustomer management capabilities. Medical equipment suppliers in the long-term businesspractice to recognize the importance of customer relationship management, and expect to useinformation technology tools to help companies better manage existing customer informationto achieve effective integration of customer resources. Aiming at the actual situation of themedical equipment supplier of customer management, customer relationship managementcarding business processes, designed and implemented in line with the status quo of medicalequipment supplier customer relationship management and future development trend of themanagement system. Specific results of the work done and achievements are outlined below.Firstly, the content complete customer relationship management system-levelrequirements analysis, completes the description of the overall system requirements, the roleof the relevant departments of the system and the specific roles for analysis, completed ananalysis of the functional requirements and performance needs of the customer relationshipmanagement system; which In the requirements analysis phase, aiming at the actual situationof the customer relationship management and personnel to conduct research related to thecontent of the system involved departments and roles (including marketing personnel, purchasing, warehouse management, management companies, and system administrators)analyzed by use case diagram completed functional requirements of the system, at the sametime clear the performance requirements of the system. In the system design phase, this paperdefined the three-tier system, the role of each level is explained; then designed thearchitecture of the various functional modules (including personal services, customermanagement, sales management, customer service, etc.) as well as functional modules Thefunction points, while clearly the system database design concepts and logical structure. In thesystem implementation stage, this paper identifies the system’s operating environment,including both hardware and software; and then to complete the system by means of the.NETFramework to write business code and interface design. Then in this.NET environment of thesystem interface and systems business code, the final completion of the preliminary results ofthe entire system can be run. Finally, in the system testing phase, the paper with the systemtest environment, writing test cases for the completion of the system functional testing. Thetest results show that the system needs to complete the tasks specified correctly. For thecontents of this paper, in the course of this study, the specific research work is as follows:First, medical equipment suppliers to conduct a comprehensive and meticulous combing, aclear demand for the company’s customer relationship management system, combined withthe use case diagram is completed the system functional requirements analysis, and systemperformance requirements were clearly provides real close to the company’s customerrelationship management system needs content. Second, based on the above analysis of thecontent, the customer relationship management design, clearly the structure, function, andeach function point for the entire system, while the database design. Third, according to thedesign content, customer relationship management system for coding, complete systeminterface design, interface and logic processing unity; while in the realization of the system bymeans of multiple use cases function test, customer relationship management system toensure compliance with requirements. In this paper, the design and implementation of acustomer relationship management system, its features include personal affairs, customermanagement, sales management, product and warehouse management, customer service andother functions, the system runs through a number of aspects of the company sales, customerrelationship management and services.This system has been put into use in the medical equipment supplier, make use of thissystem as a means of information management, corporate clients, so that the marketingdepartment can reasonably efficient customer relationship management, effective analysis anduse of customer resources.
