With the development of society and technology, the network media appearedand has been developing rapidly,which brings a huge impact on the traditional papermedia. Under the shock of new media, the traditional paper media is facing severechallenges. The thesis is aimed to analyze and discuss the living space of newspapersin all kinds of media and to put forward the enforceable program with the advantagesof paper media and the informatization. Facing the new enviroment, anyone who willown a place in the fierce media competition can win more customers. Advertisersneed more accurate advertising position so that they can maximize the business valueof paper media. The application study on the management system of customer serviceis based on the above realistic demand.Through the print media at home and abroad customer information managementsituation analysis, combined with the actual needs of enterprises, using the MVCdesign pattern, combined with J2EE, Mysql technologies, applications B/S three-tierarchitecture, design and implementation of a customer information managementsystem for the print media. Based on the realistic problems that erist in themanagement of customers information in the current Mango Media Group, this thesishas worked out an intelligent system of information management which can be used toproceed, analyze and inguire the advertising customers’ data effectively. Meanwhile,the thesis put emphasis on the features of dealing with the business of mediacustomers information management, raised the designing method which is based onthe management system of web service and completed the procession, design anddevelopment of information management system for customers in paper mediaaccording to the details in customers service management of paper media in MangoMedia Group. The system has met the present various business needs of servicemanagement and well developed the new future businesses.What more, the system canknow of the audiences and readers quickly and with the date analysis on theinformation management system of customers service on the one hand, on theotherhand, the andiences and readers’ care about the different kinds of ads and themarket value of the ads in various paper media provide a good platform for theeffective decision of customers service businesses among paper media.
