Design And Implementation Of A Papermaking Management Information System Based On J2EE Framework

Before the transformation of information, in the traditional paper processing, enterprises need to manually manage and monitor the process of paper making.In this course, following drawbacks be introduced inevitably, inefficiency, lack of co-ordination arrangements, low accuracy, data maintenance difficulties, not enough enterprise information security and confidentiality. With the continuous improvement of enterprise information infrastructure, the rapid expansion of production scale, the continuous improvement of customer demands on product quality, the information application level of production process also made very high demands. From that standpoint, a papermaking management information system based on JSF, Spring, Hibernate J2EE framework technology is presented. It achieved the goals of macro-management and centralized control of the production process, A timely connection between the production plans and work, real-time know of changes in production field for workers.The system on the basis of B/S multi-layered Web architecture, J2EE platform, open source framework of JSF, Spring, Hibernate technology. According to the software engineering method, the papermaking process is analyzed. By the use of UML modeling tools, draw Class diagram, Use Case diagram,etc to design generally. In the the detailed design and implement process, Netbeans, Eclipse, Oracle, Tomcat has been used as the development tools. The lightweight ORM framework Hibernate open source technology and DAO Design Pattern have been used in persistence layer. Spring with the IOC and AOP technology has been used in persistence layer and Business Logic layer for management of objects and supply services for web-based applications such as transaction management. In presentation layer, the emerging J2EE framework JSF has been used to achieve a high efficient and flexible development of the web client.Throughout the system all the advantages of the framework have been fully performed. The successful application of the system improved the efficiency of paper production and reduced production costs and gave enterprises considerable economic benefits, so that paper-making enterprises can get leadership in the competition.
