Vehicle quality management is an organic part of vehicle manufacturingenterprises, which plays an increasingly important role in aspects the of ensuring theproduct quality of enterprise, improving the brand image of enterprise, and winning themarket competition. The increasingly market competition and increasingly qualityneeds of product clearly show that it is necessary to introduce information technologyand computer technology into the quality management and control of enterprise, whichin order to effectively realize the modern quality management and quality assurance ofenterprise.The target enterprise adopts the eight principles of quality management as themanagement philosophy, which is proposed by ISO9000quality management system.To establish the quality awareness of all staff. This paper start with the zero defecteducation, and then unifies the understanding, cognition, targets, as well as the actionprinciple and implementation plan. The paper unifies the quality concept and clarifiesthe working standards of quality by establishing the quality policy of enterprise. Toassess the performance of quality work through the completion of quality target, so thatemployees can apply to the daily work consciously. The paper establishes a specializedimprovement team to determine the target and plan, as well as promote theimplementation of system. Based on the statistical review and evaluation of the qualityreports in the system, the paper timely improves the problems exist in the quality work.Then, the improved results are timely fed back to the system, in order to graduallyimprove the vehicle quality management system.By analyzing the requirements of enterprise, the system adopts the mixed mode ofC/S structure and B/S structure for the design and development of the module. Thesystem uses the existing system of three-tier architecture, and the middle layer adoptsthe architecture system with independent intellectual property rights, which support forthe load balancing and application clusters. Data transmission adopts the XML toprovide flexible common interface for the base. The background large relationaldatabase system uses the ORACLE11G database cluster, which is widely used in theindustry. Part of the client of C/S uses Microsoft. NET C#language for developing, whichmainly complete the maintenance of basic data, input of daily business data, printing ofbar code and check card, quality information query of fault defect data and testingequipment data, formation and output of various quality completion report and Excel/PowerPoint format analysis diagram, as well as the data interaction between testingequipment and communication technology (including RS232, RS485, Modbus/TCP).The B/S structure can perfectly support the cross-platform requirements that proposedby enterprise, and can working under the computer, touch screen industrial machine andPad with the operating system of windows, linux and android.Part of the client of B/S uses Adobe Flex based on MXML language for thedevelopment of GUI interface, which mainly complete the query, statistics and analysisof all kinds of quality information, achieve the functions of Web Services, remote object,drag and drop, column sorting and various kinds of charts, as well as realize the Flexintegrated animations and other simple interactive interface.After a period of operation, the system is able to complete the proposed business,vehicle quality management business process, which has good stability under therunning conditions of7*24hours/1.01metre. The system improves the vehicle qualitymanagement level of the target enterprise, as well as realize the application based onthe maintenance, expansion flexibility, basic data and production data of the existingsystem,.
