With the rapid development of broadband network technology, the mobile communications industry is fast growing, the mobile information age is coming, which makes the relationship between man and Internet more and more close; The powerful integrated circuit technology shows that the function of the chip is becoming more and more mobile terminal with the support of the technology and strong processing capacity, it is from a simple communication tools into an integrated information processing platform. In this way, cars will be able to detailed understanding of sales practices in the dynamic, real-time strengthen connection to people and cars through the interaction between mobile terminals and mobile terminals.Therefore, vehicle monitoring system based on mobile terminal has a very broad application prospects. Monitoring system through the mobile terminal data wireless communication with the car, opened the entrance, car networking is not connected to the Internet through the car itself, but rather through widespread use of mobile terminals in daily life. Based on the design of the mobile terminal, the owners of cars can have a more comprehensive understanding of the state of their cars, update data in time, even in the future they can use mobile devices to control cars. By analyzing the selection scheme, and the hardware and software design, debugging process, finally to be able to use in the system, which verify the feasibility of vehicle monitoring system in the subject. The system mainly includes on-board information converter and the terminal monitoring platform, the core of the converter is the microcontroller freescale series, monitoring platform is the core of the mobile terminal. The subject can select the bluetooth serial port module (HC-05) converter and monitoring terminal of the wireless data transmission. The upper application in Android or Windows mobile terminal platform can realize the related applications. By writing the upper application, it can run the installation file. The mobile terminal install the executable file, and the bluetooth upload of data real-time can display on the screen, and be preserved. And this research of subject is based on the research of mobile terminal, achieve the maximization of resource utilization and management, the user is convenient to use when system maintenance and update in the future.
