According to the related issues of video, analyzed of the existing video surveillance system, including the analog video monitoring system, half digital video monitoring system and digital video monitoring system, detailed analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of monitoring system based on PC institutions and based on embedded devices. Designed a teaching video monitoring system based on high performance multimedia processor chip hardware, its high-resolution CMOS camera interfaces and HDMI output interface. Due to the design USES S5PV210Samsung chip as the processor, frequency to reach hundreds of Hertz is even1GHZ. So this is a high-speed PCB design, need to use high-speed PCB design method to design PCB, and signal integrity problems must be considered.There are four kinds of signal integrity, single trace signal integrity, crosstalk, PI related and electromagnetic interference. Reflection and crosstalk are the main cause of signal integrity problems in most cases. This paper detail analyzed of the principle of reflection and crosstalk, and preventive measures. Compared the advantages and disadvantages of the IBIS model and the SPICE model. And detail introduced IBIS model. Finally choose IBIS model to complete the signal integrity simulation. Using Cadence Allegro software, through reflection, crosstalk and differential line simulation to analyze the signal integrity issues.Mainly analyzes parallel connection and differential connection between camera and processor, comparative advantages and disadvantages of the two connection ways through reflection simulation and crosstalk simulation in the case of different cable length. When the connecting line between camera and CPU is very short, both of the connection ways can realize the function of video acquisition. But signal distortion is easy to occur for the parallel interface, in the case of the connecting line is longer or interference is serious. The differential connection method is finally selected.After Circuit board has been produced, welded and debugged, develop the system software, including the U-boot and the kernel transplantation, root file system mounted. Finally test run stability, the system meet the application requirements, has the strong application value.
