With the rapid development of electronic technology, high-speed circuit design is facingmore and more problems, among which the electromagnetic compatibility of high-speed PCBboard attracts more and more people’s attention. Identifying and resolving the EMC of PCBboard has become a key factor to the success of an electronic product’s development.Therefore, the research on the EMC of high-speed PCB board is of great significance. Thisthesis makes technological analysis on the electromagnetic compatibility from three aspects:signal integrity, power integrity and electromagnetic interference, so as to improve the PCBboard from the three aspects and, at the same time, to improve the PCB’s EMC. This thesismakes a preliminary study on PCB board’s signal integrity and power integrity. Besides, inorder to better study the electromagnetic compatibility of PCB board, this thesis, combiningthe concerned theoretical knowledge, applies the CST software to make simulation analysison PCB board and puts forward optimization proposals through the analysis of the simulationresults.This thesis firstly describes some theoretical basis of the high-speed circuit design. Then,this thesis, on the basis of theories, analyzes the causes of reflection and crosstalk, and usesthe CST software’s PCB studio and IBIS simulation model to make reflection and crosstalksimulation to the PCB’s transmission lines. This thesis makes simulation validation analysison restrain signal reflection’s different termination system, and simulation comparativeanalysis on the factors that may affect the transmission lines crosstalk. Through analyzing ofthe simulation results, this thesis concludes the methods for the improvement of transmissionlines’ reflection and crosstalk. On the power integrity aspect, PDN, namely power distributionsystem, is usually used to provide a stable and reliable power supply system. This thesismakes detailed description on the composition of power distribution network and makestheoretical analysis and simulation analysis on the components.Finally, this thesis takes the typical PCB board as an example, uses CST software’s PCBstudio to make simulation analysis on critical network of the PCB board, and makes in-depthstudy on reflection and crosstalk issues and puts forward the corresponding optimizationrecommendations. Through the simulation and optimization design on the typical PCB, thisthesis concludes some relevant design experiences, which could provide some guidancerecommendations for the high-speed PCB board design.
